problems with CSM

i have downloaded zaztools from the link Foreverk sent me. But it is not working!
I execute the file and after the install process no one of the programs works. If I try to open CSM, TSM, patch installer, etc....any program, it only shows a message: "runtime error"....cans somebody help me?
