New Upcoming 2003 Hi-res helmetset

On the subject of the GP4.gamers.nl 2003 mod. Can anybody get onto their website? I get an error saying:

De juiste database kon niet geselecteerd worden. Er zit blijkbaar een foutje in het script. Even geduld dus, de webmasters zullen het zo snel mogelijk repareren! Access denied for user: 'gp3@212.136.140.134' to database 'gp3'

My card is a GF2 Mx 100/200 so pretty bad, but even with this crappy card and resolution 800*600*16 they still look beatifull

Does the set have sounds?

Nope... it doesn't and it think it doesn't require and this is the reason why:

everyone wants a complete 2003 carset with new cars, cockpits, helmets, menu arts and pitcrew. Allmost everyone also wants a NT carset (so it's downloadable seperately too).

But when it comes to sofisticated wheelsrims (which increase PO) and stuff like new sounds, backgrounds, menau sounds etc. Some people think that is cool or would like to have those, and others think that original gp4 sounds better, looks better or whatever.

So in our philosophy when you want a 2003 carset, they should get exactly that, no more, no less. Mostly the people who are interested in the extras know how to download and install them sperately.

IMHo this is the way we can make all downloaders happy... the 56k people (due to a relatively small size), the beginners, the advanced editors, people with an old pc, with a brand-new pc... etc etc etc

Working my ass off to get the carset ready for download. Every aspect, wad-file and tga-file needs to be right,. so a littlebit of patients and i hope i can release it in a box, under the christmas-tree

no it´s not so detailed like that , but even so , it will be much more detailed than original or anything you saw until now for gp4 ... but one thing I can ensure you , the helmetshape made by Erix is much better than that one from F1C
