Duco & Erik -major updates-

As you probably noticed we have been quite busy updating our cars.

We completed the FW25 season set, just finished repairing the latest bugs. At www.gp4cardesign.tk you can find them under the season updates button. The car from the carshape section will be replaced by the Japanese version.


All the Jordan liveries are online as well (@ season updates). The corrupted tex's are repaired now.


Last but not least we've updated the F2003-GA. We updated the sidepods, cockpit, mirrors, shark grills and textures.

There will also be a NT version available.

I've just uploaded the Ferrari's to gpgames.org. We have hosting problems so I had to put the Ferrari's at Geocities. I've already used up the allocated bandwidth so please wait until they appear at gpgames.org's cars section.

but i got the imola so that works out nicely

@Erix: I downloaded your EJ13 carshape with the Japan livery but the numbers (on the front wing just like the williams) are offset to the right of te car (i can't post a screenshot since I only hae yahoo webspace )

All your other cars Bar, Ferrari and Williams (Japan Version) are working nicely... Keep on working, you guys at gp4 caresign are the best (and I mean it!!)

Erik There was an issue with the height of the front wing on your FW25 and I saw on the gp4gamers forum that Duco posted a shot of it fixed. Is that now included in the files mentioned above?

There is a tiny mistake I have noticed however!
The small HP logo on the front of the FW25 is liable to change direction; in Silverstone and Hungary the HP is facing away from the T-Cam:

Just thought I'd mention it!

The rar of Fw25Austria is repaired and already available.

All hi-res jordan_3.tex file of the Jordans were broken. GP4 read them as 512x512 while the tga's are 256x256. I've fixed it and they are uploading as I'm typing.

If it helps, I've researched the circuits that Williams have reversed HP logos:

Canada
Europe
France
Britain
Hungary

As far as I can see thats all of em..

Hope this is useful to make the 2003 FW25 carset perfect!

also for hockenheim as well

Great cars guys, A problem i have is that i have to copy lod 0 to lod 2 and 3 otherwise the williams changes shape when it gets anywhere near you. Don`t know if anyone else has this problem or if you have fixed it in the latest update....But nothing major!!

OK I've just flipped the HP logo on the Monaco down to Hungary cars. Also did it for the cockpit view textures.

There's no problem with the lower lods, that's just GP4

one question: you said that the fw25 carshape in the downloads section has been updated to suzuka. so, with which version of fw25 carshape should we use these liveries? is the new varshape only for suzuka livery or all of them?
