Help!!!!@madman or ricardo

Hey guys,my gp4 has just gone crazy.I'm running a P4@1.7 with 512 RAM,Gforce2 mx400("i know........crappy vid card",creative SB Live,all the latest drivers running win xp home.I have 3 installs of gp4....2001,2002 and 2003.Its the 2003 version that has gone crazy.......it is the only version running gp4 tweaker(v1.042) which i believe is the cause.Here's what is happening........if I try and start a qualifying session with tweaker set to 2003 qualifying rules,the game crashes to the desktop.I've also tried your latest beta version of tweaker and still get the same problem.If i turn off the tweaker's 2003 qualifying rule my qualifying sessions work again except for the US gp.........it crashes to the desktop<--anyone else with this problem.I am using Ricardo's latest TP v2.0<---very nicely done ricardo!!!!
Any help would be appreciated guys..........geez my first real problem with this game!

Hmmm... maybe you forgot to disable qualrules 2003 in tweaker v.1042? Open the tweaker program, go to tweak number 16, then give a checkmark on "default" checkbox. Then rress "Apply" button. This way you are able to use qualrules on beta version.

@ricardo-about the US track..........its actually causing my pc to re-boot.

@madman-when i try and direct v1042 to the working folder......it says that the folder doesn't exist and it does........dont know what to think of that.<---fixed that........lol.........forgot the " at the end.

@madman........disabled 2003 qualifying rules in v1042--dbl checked that and that was done.I'm still having problems with a crash to the desktop when everything loads up.

@ricardo........indianapolis track is causing my pc to reboot........this is the only track that it is happeneing at.........i checked all the other tracks

Does anyone know the loading sequence when the game loads up?

Hmmm... Seem to become complicated.
Ok, ok. Did you still store your GP4 backup files? At least all *.wad files and a clean copy of gp4.exe decripted version. If so, I'll tell you step by step to localize the problem.

from 5-50% is cars.wad
cockpit_00 is near the start, then it goes thru team1, team2 etc.

so delete a beneton_lod_0 from your wad and it'll crash abot 20-25%

Would someone very patient, maybe madman or ricardo please, teach me - step by step - how to upgrade my GP4 out-of-box version with GP4master or Wad installer?
it seems to be very dumb, but i´m brazilian and sometimes gpxforms don´t make any sense.

I´ve just acquired GP4. Used to try GP3 and GP3edit and it seemed to be much more easy. How do I do now?

Who´s the one to teach me - and I think - lots of others GP4 fans?

@madman.......yeah i have backups of everything,and yes it has become darn difficult.What i have tried is putting backup copies of my gp4.exe and f1gstate.sav into my gp4-2003 floder but that isn't even working.So any help u can give me would be much appreciated.

@ricardo...........great version of your US gp track,finally got it sorted out--it wasn't the track but my cars_indianapolis2001.wad
