upgrade advice?

hi all
have just upgraded my 900mhz AMD Duron to an 1800+ AMD Athlon XP, with 512Mb ram, Windows XP, SBLive platinum etc.. thing is, i have a 64mb Geforce 2 graphics card, which although it looks good is a little 'long in the tooth' Gp4 runs a lot faster but is still hardly elecricfying on full detail settings (around 29fps). i know it is a processor-intensive game but will a new gfx card increase performance? and more importantly what is the best card to replace the gf2 for around £100?? any help much appreciated.
