help it won't run

Hello to everybody

the game starts goes to a black screen and then logs out to windows.
could not play it even with the update.

I am not sure but I think its the DX 9.0b.

System is:

AMD ATHLON 1800+ on elite K7S5A v 1.0 MOBO with SIS735 chipset
1 GigaByte DDR Ram

80 + 20 GB HD ULTRA ATA 133
TEAC 52x CDR+RW
HITACHI DVD ROM

ATI RADEON 9600 pro 128 MB RAM
SOUND BLASTER AUDIGY PLAYER

DIRECT X 9.0b

plus INITIO SCSI ADAPTER & PINNACLE STUDIO PCTV

has it ran before, if it has then delete (or move) f1gstate.sav and f1graphics.cfg

Yes Nfshp 2, but installing everything and reinstalling fixed things up.

Nothing seems to fix the GP 4.

reinstall windows!!!!! jk (but it might fix it)

Run DXDiag. Go to "display" prop. page, disable both Direct3D Accel. and AGP texture accel. Then re-enable then again. If doens't works, try rebooting between switching them.
