Problem decrypting GP4.exe

I have installed the 9.6 patch, downloaded the no cd decrypted exe file, but when i try to load GP4Master, it tells me that i am using the wrong size exe file!!! I have no idea what i am doing wrong. Please help a GP4 beginner!!

Is there an all in one editor for GP4 yet, like GP3Edit?? A simple to use editor where i can virtually change everything from the one program??

If this is CSC by Jon Walton (dumass ), then no, it does not

Not many editors work with the official patch. The two main editors being GP4Master and CSC. Neither of which work with GP4 Master

there is no problem with your exe, but rather the programs are out dated

I got round the issue by using the original decrypted .exe to do the editing and then replacing this with the encrypted patched .exe when complete and to play the game. A hassle I know but it worked...
