GP4 WINTER SERIES COMP.

I was thinking what ellis has suggested. everyone starts from pole and is unhinderd.

Yes, set the quick race length to longer (GP4Tweaker for one allows this, duno if other programs do)

Then change the perf file, and get it up loaded to a site for ppl to use. Have a set difficult level, like pro or semi pro, jsut enough so ur afst enoguh to keep ahead of the computer without problems, and set the start pos to pole in the GP4 options

Its the best u will get at the moment im afraid

I aint good enough with GP4 mate, i race on Semi Pro most of the time and still cant win! Im busy dropping my GPLRank (dropped it by 15 points today!)

about the "starting from pole" thing.... don´t you guys wanna try some overtaking moves???? I mean.... of course that would make difference on the total race time.... but we wouldn´t go for just one attempt of complete the race.... we would do lots, just like on our Hotlap Comp.!!!! that would compensate!!!!

Anyway.... don´t you guys like the idea of starting from the back of the grid????

I think starting about 15th is ok, but the back is a bit harsh.


I just downloaded some setups, and now I rock! just did a 1,15,267 at Canada, and a 1.21.xxx at Silverstone.......probably not up to hotlap standards, but damn its fun!

i like the idea to start from the back..but we are gonna need a good number of lap if we want to win the race and have a big gap between us and the second place

15% of race distance should be enough.... right????

why not full distance from pole, give one guy (kiesa?) same perf for everyone, and race till you lap him.

full distance, i dont think we can do that cuz we need to watch the replay and i dont think any computer can save 1hour of replay
