Montreal 1991 hi res update - New update RELEASED - 1993 version WIP [56k warning]

A hi res upadte for 1991 Montreal made by Erik and Fongu with new grass, trees, kerbs and some other textures.

How t install it: open the montreal1991.wad, copy all tex and gp4 files, go to \maps\montreal2001\ and paste.
For the tarmac map copy it and go to \maps\resources and paste
Now with a small update. Sorry for don't have new screens.

i restart again this update. I play it some time ago and i found that something wasn't good.
What will be new:
- Grass
- Kerbs
- Player's Ltee logo
- Better trees
- Some new textures
- A little optimize of GP4 file (not so much to say, apart that now it's loading faster)
- Possible '93 version (need to change Molson Ex (both red and withe) into Molson Dry and some little tweak)

One small thing I noticed is that there is a small mapping bug on one of the 'Molson Export' logos on the armco at the hairpin.

Yes, if you don't like it, i'll patch out with a new Molson Export white logo.
Howewer there're good news about the 93 version, it's close too. Tomorow i'll test it if everything is ok.
Need only permission from Fongu and Erik and a proper loading screen.
