Rear Light problem

i got a problem with my rear light im gettin a big white box instead of the light :S most prob i deleted 1 file by mistake anyone can help?

is this on a car thats been through a 3d modeller?

did you delete HI_COCKPIT_DAMAGE.tex or the non-hi version in the gp4\cars directory?

Thats weird. I unfortunately cannot help, apart from use DxDiag and check everything is ok.

EDIT: Just thought, I had a similar thing happen on Half Life. Check your graphics drivers.

Try the original cars.wad or DL an updated cars.wad, such as the 2003 megapatch and see if the problem still exists.

check to see if you have a file named "brakeglow.tex" in your extracted cars.wad folder. that's what's missing

yup prob solved

after the patch the cockpit damage should be in your cars folder in gp4 directory, not the wad.
