GPX Problem with just one car in .wad

Can someone please help me, whenever i try to load this Mclaren in my cars.wad, the game fails to start in the loading menu and comes up with the gpxlog, it is only ever when this car is in the wad file.
Can anyone please help me with this, i can send people the file of the car aswell as the log file if need be
