3D Driver Model?

Hello,

Is there a 3D Driver model with the race suit overalls? Preferably in 3DS format. Plus, the pose I'm looking for is like the hands crossed one.

Finally, when rendering is there a way to get rid of the driver seat so it doesn't show up in the render?
