How to best alter F1Graphics file

I haven't really fiddled around with it, but I was wondering how to get the best quality out of my computer's graphics card so I can play GP4 with it looking good while keeping the PO low. I have an NVIDIA GeForce Go 7200 Video Card that runs natively at 1280x800. I have an AMD Turion 64 X2 Mobile processor with 1.81 GhZ and 2 GB of RAM. What settings should I set it to? I would also like to hear about your guys' experience messing with this file. Thank you in advanced!

Check the GP4FAQ, there is a dedicated thread on the subject. And using the 'search' function should bring up the recent graphics config thread.
