Track Camera Editor Help!

Okay,
Here's one for any Track Camera Editor Experts thank you!
I'd love to lower the height of one "Broadcast" camera view at Silverstone. In particular, the camera view thats above the Woodcote Stand.
Can anyone tell me. Which editor to use and a very quick run down on how to do it without buggering up a perfectly good and stable GP4!?
