Demented textures + 3drims

Sorry I have already posted this, but it didnt seem 2 work, so here goes.

All of the cars that I have downloaded look fine in GP4 but some of them randomly scramble so that the textures are not on the right parts of the car (if that makes sense). Could someone tell me why this happens and how i can fix it please. Also I have downloaded the latest release of the great 3drims by viper, chostrider and caelan but as most of the teams (on my GP4 anyway) have black rims, you can only see the 3drims in all their glory when the cars are stationary. does any1 know how to change the colour of the rims, to silver or something.
