It´s Gp4 Tweaker, and in spanish keyboard the information on the left corner obtains pressing 'ñ'

You can get the info in the left corner by just pressing the @ key, (note you need the latest beta of GP4Tweaker to be able to do this!!)

In GPx Patch press the button Edit Key Binds and you'll know it all.... and i guess it has to be "B"
