help, latest gpxpatch and carset manager

just updated to latest gpxpatch 3.5 i think and now carset manager refuses to run, i double click on it and nothin happens. i deleted the .ini and ran again but still wont run.
Any ideas ?
does it work for you ?

Its a known problem. ZaZ knows about it, will be fixed it later releases
