well they are 3d objects...converted to .gp4 format..

your going to need some knowledge of 3d editor....

basically....copy & paste the tex & tga files to your unzipped track wads folder..the tex files are for gp4 to display in game & tga files are to display in 3d editor ..with 3d editor open or create a scene in gp4 track....
i'd try & add a new scene first...this will be less confusing if your new to 3d editor & rest of objects in trees list won't confuse you...then import the .gp4 object..i.e marshall..
then place where you want on your track using the displace/rotate option in 3d editor.......this takes practice thats all..anyone should be able to manage this...

Nice work, the marshall from GTR2 looks a lot better than your incarnation of a Mr. Pibb pitmuppet.

this is my thoughts also...much nicer looking these....
mr pibbs marshalls are the ugly relation in comparision..

should be ready as an early beta shortly...
