Is there a way to edit rain grip and phisics?

Because in rain condition the car reacts much better and you fell it better.
What changes in phisycs when it's raining?
I have tried c-magic but don't know what to change or look for...
It will be good to make an edited rain phisics and grip to dry conditions.
