Dual OS....is it safe?

hi all,

i want to install win xp professional but have it running alongside win98se, just incase i don't like xp pro. but i want to give it a try so does anyone know if its ok to have dual operating systems? does GP4 run ok in xp pro? or should i format and install xp?

I am running dual OS and have no problems, XP is OK but I have a few problems with it and games so tend to run them on Millenium, which I am dual booting with.

Install windows 98 first, then winxp afterwards

Its also safe in another way: If windows 98 really screws up and doesnt work anymore, u got another OS to fall back on
