But it just moves away on some other camera angles.
But it is kinda annoying.
It disturbes the racing.

That's has something to do with your graphic card, or motherboard drivers, something like that...it's not GP4 problem. I got similar artifacts when my via 4in1 drivers weren't installed properly.

What configuration you guys have?

Bojan I have a Nvidia geforce Ti 4200 128 MB AGP 8X.

I tried direct x 9.0a but always it says no DirectX 8.0a found.I have to start game directly.

I also have updated drivers

In reality, doesn't matter who's right but most important is who's left.

man it sucks the graphical immersion away.

I just can suggests these:
1) Use latest graphics driver. But I recommended using stable driver. This is usually few versions down from the latest.
2) If problem persists, try adjusting graphics acceleration settings in windows. This is can be found on display properties.
3) If you have another graphics card, try to swap with it.
4) Are your graphics card overclocked?
5) Try using different resolutions, e.g. 800x600 for most standard tests.
6) Is this problem appear in another game?
