Arquivo GPI

Hello, does anyone have a step by step/tutorial on converting jpg image to GPI?? I'm setting up a teamart and I receive the following message; No writing privileges. I've already followed this path: I click on the file, I go to Properties, then Security/Edit/Owner Creator, I check all the boxes and click apply, then this message appears. Thanks for any help.
