1. ok i'm lazy and can't be arsed to look in the manual but how do i change from KPH to MPH?
2. Where can i downlaod some decent setups for GP4? i downloaded one from this website and they were crap, gawd knows what this guy was thinking when he posted them, the plank is dragging on the floor after 200 metres and the down force for nearly every track is between 16 and 20, even monza FFS!!
any help will be appreciated.

2. Basic set ups for further development (we all have our own styles):
Major Tom's (Thomas Stuhrman) basics from here:

Go to downloads and set ups (their site interface is weird- you will need to mess around to get into it) There are some other setups also.

can't seem to say anything that enables me to change to mph, only delete unwanted replays

well there click on menu setup is down on the left corner

i cannot see anywhere where it says about changing kph to mph

and this is the menu setup, look how its set to metric yet it doesnt change the kph to mph in the game

metric is kph etc... you'll want to uncheck that
