Style TV 2009 based 2010 [Released 10.05.24]

Hello friends, finished TV style based on the 2009 season using the 2010 TV style as a base, I put the credits in txt in the original authors' file, don't forget to make a backup of the original folder

path: \gpxpdata\gfx
replace folder digital2010
For the flags to work, the performance file needs to be corrected to give commands to the pilots' flags
