dat with error in pits Valencia

Good afternoon friends, does anyone know how I can solve the issue of the failure when the cars get stuck in the pit and are unable to continue the race? I have this problem in Redbull Ring and Valencia, can anyone help me? thank you

Of course. Just get out of the car, beat one of the mechanics on the helmet and they will go on working immediately.

The same problem continues in Valencia, I've already made changes to the magic file, I changed the physics to see if it would improve, and nothing continues with the same bug, the cars are stuck in the pit with the front wheels spinning without leaving the pit

Which Valencia track are you using? From 2008 trackpack?
I remember that the pit stop bug is appearing sometimes just for no visible reason. I had it several times in Estoril 1988 (but not always), I think twice in Valencia 2008, once in Fuji 2007 and even once at the original GP4 Monza Circuit of 2001. In Monza I was running out of fuel because my teammate was stuck in the pits with some other drivers and I could not pit for the second time and had to abandon the race. Even as I was driving into the pits they were not going on with working on my teammate's car.

Valencia (all versions I've tried) have this bug. If one car gets stuck, it wont rejoin the race until their teamate goes to the pits. I have never been able to solve it
