White Parts in a car (+ a request for a steering wheel tweak)

I was trying out the 2012 McLaren MP4-27 made by soulbringer, and updated by SkaningeN and i had issues with getting the steering wheel tweaked to its position, and additionally i had white parts from down the car (not all over the car!) that i cannot find a thread to fix, if anyone can help please do so! (and put the steering wheel tweak values)

White parts usually means you're missing a texture file.

I had a look, and I did not include the hi_carbon2 file from Soulbringers original release into my add-on. That could be your issue

Ah i see, could you perhaps update your files or could send me the hi_carbon2 file? (and additionally give steering wheel tweaker positions since im a newbie at doing that)

Also noticed that the rear tyre positions are not correct either, Sorry but i am not really sure what to do

You are missing a file called "carbon.tex" inside the cars.wad. There might be a special "carbon.tex" needed only for this car, but I'm not sure. It may override than the carbon.tex of other cars. I never used different templates in the same cars.wad, so I don't know how to fix that then.

SkaanigenN has already pointed this out, Im just waiting for them to send it to me.

Here is the original release from Soulbringer, you'll find the carbon texture there.

When it comes to steeringwheel and tyre positions, I usually find out using TeamEditor and then type those values into GP4Tweaker. I don't have them saved, you have to try to find out
yourself if nobody else has them for you.

Team Editor 3.5 isnt working, And i have been trying to fix this for DAYS.

Thats why i request if anyone have the tweaker values.

Should i create a new thread for the TeamEditor problem? The subject wont probbaly get me help.

Maybe for Team Editor problem try a new GP4.exe file. Maybe it can solve your problem

Hello Mailson, Could you please send the correct rear tyres tweak as you mya have sent them in the wrong order as they are not fitted properly

I have tried doing this, but the left rear is missing everytime i put the coordinates into GP4Tweaker

If it's missing, that mean that the left rear has the wrong coordinates somehow.

Either you removed "-" or you missed or added on number to much
