Legendary mod

hello, Its been years that I've been doing mods for my own use.
I feel I've developed a lot in terms of creating teams and performances. Ive done a legends mod few years ago, but ive faced some issues. Its very fun to play, as ive could give personality to each driver and car based on historic statistics and documentaries and my own formula 1 knowledge. Its even fun to just simulate the races and see how the legends fight for the championship.

-i cant find a lotus 79 black. (id love to play with this car!)
-Id like to have different kinds of tires to each car.
-Id like to have different grid cars from cars of the same team.
-i have difficulties placing the wheels on the cars which are from different years.
-id like to have different sounds for each car, is it possible?
-id like to have different physics for each car, is it possible?
-id like to have spare teams which could be switched
-id like to have a CSM mod, so far i only modify the original game
-id like to have different cockpits to each cars
-id like to have different steering wheels to each car
These are the main issues so far.
