The problem is solved!
The driver Ryan Hunter-Reay's helmet was wrongly written and Road America was the first circuit he drove for the Ed Carpenter team, that's why the problem was from that circuit onwards.
Thanks, Ariel for having pointed out the issue related to the helmets.

I have another bug, hopefully, the last!
The helmets of drivers 19 and 20 don't show properly, instead, both drivers have the helmet of driver 17 with those green visors.
Any idea on how to sort this problem out?

For some reason, the driver 19 helmet was not loaded properly by the CSM as you can see in the screenshot below. The correct helmet is loaded as driver 20 and so on going till driver 23.
This has happened only for the drivers 19 and 20.
Any idea?

Could be a number of things Ricardo, just have to check every step.

Check helmets.ini in the helmets folder, is it calling the correct directory.
If you have driver names linked, then check the globalvars is correct... especially if there's any driver changes.
Check the file is named correctly (ends _1.tex).

That's all I can think of right now.

Hey Kev, thanks for your reply. I'm getting crazy, I have checked everything hundred times and did many modification and tested and all the time the helmets of Rahal and Lundgaard are replaced by the Castroneves's helmet.
I can send you the MOD so you can have a look, maybe it needs fresh eyes.

I found out the problem, the team Rahal racing's rim shapes were missing and this somehow affected the load of the helmet's texture of that team.
