Change the title of the menu screen

Good morning everyone. First of all, I wanted to congratulate and thank all the authors of these fantastic works for allowing this legendary game to stay alive. Lately I've also been trying to make some modifications to this game, exclusively for personal use. Speaking of which, I wanted to ask the community for help regarding changing the title at the top of the menu screens, as shown in the photo. How you do it? What are the files to edit? By extension to the question in this post, I present here my personal doubt about the menus.
In the GP4 menu screens, differences in color tone appear in the central part of the screen with respect to the upper and lower part.
Does anyone know how to remove these color casts to leave a screen free of casts?
