In thé cockpit, there IS juste arms and helmet but no body for thé Williams and I dont sée any rear red light tex file

In the picture that Hega posted at the top of this page, I see a body in the Williams as with the other cars.

Yes but I think thé Williams with thé body IS not released yet

Don't worry, it was just a pic from the garage It doesn't mean that I'm finished yet. I will try to do some more, somewhere...in time.
