i bought a digital cable..(i had an analog one)
so what r the channels that broad cast formula one
i know the RTLs and what else
i have no close channels (wich needs to be paid)
and espcialy i need the channels wich broad cast fridy's morning sessions

Try:
Speed Channel (or Speed Vision)
Globo

But if any broadcasting channel in your country have the rights to F1, then no matter the channel, they aren't allowed to broadcast over the nation's TV rights holder.

You need a satelite digital feed ( parabolic dish-antenna ) and pay for the service, I am not sure there are any providers in that part of the world (Syria, Lebenon). But then you can get all the practice sessions live!
