Das ganze läuft Hauptsächlich auf Deutsch ab, Englisch ist jedoch auch möglich.

Team Manager:

Einsteiger: Viel Hilfe, kaum vorgaben durch Teambesitzer. Wenig Zeitaufwand. Kaum Zufallsereignisse. Alle Vorgänge sind vereinfacht, es gibt wenig Spielraum für individuelle Umstrukturierungen vom Team.

Normal: Wenig Hilfe, mögliche vorgaben durch Teambesitzer, mittlerer Zeitaufwand. Zufallsereignisse. Vorgänge sind fordernd, der Spielraum für individuelle Umstrukturierungen vom Team.

Hart: Kaum Hilfe, sehr Real, mögliche vorgaben durch Teambesitzer. Alle Vorgänge müssen schriftlich eingereicht werden, viel Zeitaufwand. Zufallsereignisse. Du hast alles in der Hand.


Fahrer Manager:

Du hast einen oder mehrere Fahrer, dein Ziel ist es diese an die Spitze zu bringen, verhandel Verträge mit Teams aus, Trainiere deinen Fahrer und sichere ihm eine große Zukunft.

Team Managers:

Beginners: Lots of help, hardly any requirements from team owners. Little expenditure of time. Hardly any random events. All processes are simplified, there is little scope for individual restructuring by the team.

Normal: Little help, possible guidelines from team owners, medium expenditure of time. random events. Processes are demanding, the scope for individual restructuring from the team.

Hart: Hardly any help, very real, possible defaults by team owners. All processes must be submitted in writing, a lot of time. random events. Everything is in your hands.


Driver manager:

You have one or more drivers, your goal is to bring them to the top, negotiate contracts with teams, train your driver and ensure him a great future.
