Change of website and email address for GPxPatch

Just wanted to let you know my website and email address have changed.

My website at [rsdi.home.xs4all.nl] has finally moved to its own domain: [www.sdidit.nl]
All GPxPatch related email can now be sent to: gpxpatch@sdidit.nl
