I sometimes play to watch the races on GP4, as a spectator, the does not choose any driver.
For races is there a way to change strategies, or for races in the rain, to impose the choice of tires at the start or during the race?
Or the number of pit stops?
I play with MODS + CSM

You can change the number and timing of pitstops using Magic Data or even the GP4 Pit and Lap Editor - unfortunately you can't dictate tyre selection. There are some settings that influence the tendency for drivers to change from wets to slicks but I don't think the exact parameters for this within the magic data is known.
