CSM, configure Tweaker on it

Hi,

With a friend we try to create a mod for a offline championship with friends. For few hours now, I try to configure Tweaker on my CSM mod but I can't successfully made it. I try to inspire from the empty 2009 mod but nothing to do, It isn't successfull.

I have that in my Globalvars :

Did I do something wrong please ? Have you a tutorial to do it better pls ? I also rename all the Folder in the Tweaker folder.
