McLaren Mercedes MP4-20 (BMWFan-Enzojz) Season Pack by SkaningeN

After not including this version of the McLaren in my 2005 add-on pack,
I got requests of looking over the season pack for BMWFan and Enzojz's version.
There were some stuff needing fixes and some versions added to complete the package.
There is 17 versions in total, and all the versions that's not in the changelog list
is original release and not touched by me.
If the original authors were to have made this themselfs, it would have been much better quality
so if you don't like it, then no one will force you to use it.

Also, if it were not for the original authors making this car in the first place, I would not
have been able to share this with you at all. So of course credit goes to BMWFan and Enzojz for
this fine piece.

NOTE: Monza and Spa had the chimneys on the sidepods painted silverish and I tried to make them
but struggled to get it right. Not the best work, that's why I included a regular version
with black chimneys if my update is to sore for your eyes

Changelog:

Added: Sakhir livery with correct driver name for car2 (de la Rosa)
Fix: Imola livery with correct driver name for car2 (Wurz)
Fix: Indianapolis livery is now the correct West tobacco livery
Added: Istanbul livery (Non-alcohol)
Added: Monza version. Shape with low drag rear wing and horns from engine cover removed. Also made chimneys on
the sidepod in silver. There is two versions, since the silver chimneys are so-so. Original black or silver, your call.
Added: Spa livery. Two versions, as with Monza. One with the correct silver chimneys on the sidepod, other with original black.
Added: Interlagos-Suzuka-Shanghai livery.
