This is a brilliant tribute to the departed, especially on a week when I am trying to cope up with two tragedies that happened years back but did not get over them the way I had hoped for.

Maverick Track Performance - S15 Car launch



"Ladies and Gentlemen,
thank you for following our invitation to this season's car launch. It is amazing and sometimes still hard to believe that the GPGSL is going into its 15th season!"

"It is also a special season for MTP. In the background, well hidden from public, the team has undergone big changes to make sure it got the best possible setup to finally fight for the GPGSL constructor's title. Obviously, the situation is not easy, being the first runner up with very little boost allocated to the team. But we are determined to nonetheless make the best out of it!"

"The first, and probably biggest change is the new team location and alongside with this goes a change in the national license. From S15 onwards, both MTP and team principal John Maverick will be racing under German license. The strict regulations and the lack of proper race tracks in Switzerland resulted in many trips to Hockenheim or the Nürburgring in the past. This is now over. With a brand new office building in Dresden - Germany and the acquisition of a factory building and a wind-tunnel near the Sachsenring, the team is ready to push the boundaries of its existance.
Along with this goes a new sponsor lineup as well. After many years of main sponsorship, Cailler left us. We do not want to miss the chance to thank them for the stellar teamwork we've had since the beginning of our GPGSL adventure.
To fill this gap, F1Virtual has stepped up as our main sponsor. We've had a great partnership since Anderson Savio joined the team and it was a logical choice to extend and expand this partnership and bring it to a new level.
Alongside them, Webseiten & Mehr and Monster Energy remain as the other main sponsors of the team. With these sponsors, the financial situation is well-secured for the season so that we can continue our charity program and keep the Kinderhilfswerk on board as well as add the World Health Organisation as cost-free sponsors."

"Additionally, we have extended our engine partnership with Porsche and our tyre partnership with Snake Motorsports for another year. Last year's car had some performance issues, but that was not their fault and it is good to know that we can rely on people and material that we are familiar with."

"Line-up, wise, there are no changes to last season. It is with great pleasure that both Carlos Rodriguez and Matteo Scala have extended their contracts with the team for another season and that Anderson Savio remains with the team for another season of test driving and learning. Fingers are crossed that he will have his breakout year, because he shows great effort and devotion and deserves to finally be paid for all this hard work. John Maverick also adds another season of testing for the team."

A really nice livery that is, and reminds me of the current livery Alpine is using in F1.

Thank you guys. Indeed, Anderson requested something Alpine-like and I like the current McLaren, so the livery is inspirated by a symbiosis of these two.

I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?

MAC RACING SEASON 15 LAUNCH

MAC Racing are proud to bring you our title defending machine for Season 15.

After winning the title it could have been easy to just sit back and expect
everything to run smoothly but that is not what we have done.

We have been working tirelessly in the background to make sure we improve in
every aspect of the race team.

We are very grateful of our time with Jaguar and the Ford Group for almost 10
years now but we felt it was the right time to partner with a giant of motorsport
to push us forward. With this we are proud to announce that Honda will be our
engine partner for season 15.

We have also penned a deal with Amazon as a technical partner to help drive the
team forward of the track and Castrol to drive us forward on the track.

Red Bull have also come onboard to help keep the whole team energised.

The last major part we have put in place in the off season is our brand new
partnership with Garmin. This will ensure we take all the right turns around
the circuit.

We also have an all new driver line up with Dominik Karda joining the team along
side returning MAC Racing veteran Christopher Hinz. The tester line up remains
unchanged with Sandro Calligaris and team owner Nathan McGregor performing
the hard yards.

Without any further delay, we present to you the Season 15 MAC Racing car.
