Help Connecting Wheel?

So I finally got GP4 working on my PC and I am super excited as I have never played it before however I cant get my wheel to work with it. I have a standard Thrustmaster wheel with the xbox controls on it but everytime I try to calibrate it with the "turn left and press fire" nothing seems to work. If anyone knows what to do that would help greatly.

Ok I kinda got the wheel to work (I hope) but both the throttle and brake only show up on the same axis so when I press the gas it brakes. Making it quite difficult to go forward haha.

I think you have to make a custom wheel setup.

I found the FAQ and it nearly helped but couldnt quite fix the pedals issue and the wheel inputs were a little too off. Been trying for like 2 days so Ill give it one more good old try but that's about it. Thanks for your help though
