installation problems

just brought a new gaming laptop (msi gs75 stealth) with windows 10 64-bit.
installed gp4 but nothing happened.
how do you guys get it to work.

still no joy, keeps asking to load directx v8.1.
done that.
also loaded patch v9.6 - still no joy.
