GP4 tweaker Circuit Laps Mod

I notice only today that are tweaks in GP4 tweaker 1.0.4.5 cant be import/export separately. Ex.: The 10.Circuit Laps number modifier.
I dont might to do it the 1st time for each mod, but there always some gp4.exe that i swap long the years, and it should be nice to save it.
Is there a way without the settings.ini for each track?

i m no expert, but.. solution could be in the "dat"file of the tracks

I know, I always put the laps in the .dat file but it doesn´t seams to work. Its has to be the csm compling.
