Can GP4 run on this old laptop?

Hello everyone, i have an old laptop and i want to install Grand Prix 4 on it, i just wanted to ask about this to make sure the game could run smoothly, alright straight to the point here is my PC Specs:

AMD Sempron(tm) SI-42 2.10 GHz
2,00 GB (1,75 usable GBs)
Windows 7 32 bits
Ati Radeon HD 3200 Graphics 256 mb

How much frames per second do you guys think i would get?

so yes it runs, but with mods its difficult

Oh alright, well i won't worry about the mods since i have another Laptop with a Celeron N4000 and 4 GB, where i can play with mods at 60 fps max graphics, was just asking .
