Magic data performance variance factor ?

Hi Experts

Is there any magic data value reagarding "variance" (similar to performance file variance)
I am asking because even if i set 0 variance in the performance file, there is 0.5 sec random variance in qualifying lap times.
It only happens in certain mods (or trackpacks) , while other cases 0 variance means 0.01~0.02 sec randomness (still some)

Thank you

I'm suspicios of those 2 values from magic data creates variance (on the top of the variance in the performance files)
desc63=random perf range min
desc64=random perf range max

Yep I would suggest playing with those 2 MD values and see what results you get.
