It is not easy at all.
Creating a good environment is probably the most complex thing.
In regards to the texture, it was created in Photoshop and then rendered into multiple frames in 'blender' using a previous flag-waving setup.
The texture sequence was just meant to be proof of concept.
It needs all kinds of work:
1. Transparency.
2. Lighting including colour.
3. It can be improved by turning it into a seamless texture to be used in some instances.
4. It needs to be a continuous loop in the animation.
5. The lines around the texture are just for mapping and can be removed. At the moment, they are being used for orientation.
I believe driving into the flowing fog is going to work for best results. Finishing the drive-through of the texture immediately is probably going to be okay.
In the shared 'blender' file, just press play. Go to the second from the bottom View to select different viewpoints (if you are not familiar with 'blender'
.
The 'blender' file was also meant to be just an example/base.
There is no texture loaded in the 'blender' file at the moment! It can still render out 10 transparent frames that can be edited and used.
The Australian flag obviously needs work!
