Problem with occupancy procesor

Hello everybody, I have a big problem with processor occupancy when I use cars for season 2018. The fps is 1-5 s and occupancy 1400-4000%
You do not know how to help plese ?? Thank.
My Hardware: Win7- 64 i-5 2500k@4300Mhz, 16GB RAM,Geforce 1060-3GB .The follow link.

Have you tried re-calibrating the graphics after you installed the new cars?

From main menu go to Options -> Graphics -> Advanced -> Test -> Ok -> Test again (yes, I recommend 2 times) -> Set FPS value you want to use -> Play

Yes, the calibration is done three times in a row and processor occupancy again 4000 % and the result 8 fps...

Thought to try without overclocking your CPU? In standard?

yes i tested with default clock CPU 3400Mhz and the same result link: [imgur.com]

but when I set textures at the middle of everything is ok . Occupancy drops to 100 % and fps increase to 50fps link : [imgur.com]

the problem will be in the texture and please have some solution?

Yes, shrinking the textures could be another hypothesis. But, you have a good PC, enough to run the GP4 to happy. do it then.
