I have seen some pit stop software but i wander is there no pit stop software witch you can edit for all teams number of stop in a race and on witch lap for all teams....

There certainly is, go to the download section and look for GP4 Pit&Lap Editor by Alessandro Carrera. Its great, does just what you want and is easy to use
