You have to remap the upper rear wing using zmodeler

Try to open the car in GP4 Builder. Go to Tools> Useless Texture Files> Remove Useless Files. Then Files> Save. Do this with all the Lods. See if that helps. There may be duplicate texture.

Let me explain: I have a certain texture mapping for the textures of my cars but I don't know where and how to change it and to what parameters to prevent the flickering bug... That was what I wanted to ask... understood?
I think you both have only renamed slot 0 when renaming textures with GP4Builder. Then the cars are switching between white (maybe also black) and the painting of the car. Please make sure that you have renamed all five textures (0 to 4) of each car. If this is not the cause I don't know further.
