CSM issue

Hi guys I replaced the gp4.exe file for a fresh one. Now I'm getting this message every time I try to restore CSM: 'csm didn't restore properly. try to click on the restore button once more'
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

thanks for the reply. I try pressing on the restore button numerous times but it always gives me the same message. I'll try undo the replacing of the gp4exe file and see how it goes...
