Issue with Zaz tools

I am having an issue with my Zaz Tools and think it may have gotten corrupted. When I attempt to unload a track set to do some editing and remove/replace some tracks, I keep getting these messages like "Can't remove a track map file". After ongoing frustration, I finally just removed and reinstalled Zaz Tools totally even to a different folder but it keeps coming back. I guess a new Zaz install keeps finding the old files because it keeps populating the old track sets again. Any advice?

You could try CCleaner and clean the registry after you have uninstalled, reboot and do the install. Old reg entries often get left behind. Can't think of anything else.
