That's very interesting. On the one hand, such an allegation has to be taken seriously. If there is any way to prove that permission was sought, Mschumi should post it, or at least share it with the moderators.

But it can also be a difficult thing to prove, unless a copy of the conversation was kept.

If proof doesn't exist, then it becomes a case of 'he said this, but he says this' which is just messy all around.

It would be unfair to assume that either Mschumi or Jorge are lying, but only one of them can be telling the truth.

I'd be very interested in hearing from quickslick on this, to see what he says.

I want to be honest, I asked many times for permission to Jorge but he always refused, even rudely.
I'm sorry ... homewere I have mentioned among the authors.

it's a bit sad, since the mod has a nice physis, and if we exclude some bugs (flipped mirrors on T-cam for all cars except ferrari, pitboard panel not alligned with written infoes), it offers the right cars and liveries track by track among the season, one feature that was missing in the old 1997 mod.

Jorge stated that he made the pitcrews with Jurgen (Quickslick)

Maybe he can clarify for us?

Or, just paint new pitcrews. How hard can it be.

i've given permission for the pitcrews to MSchumi, but i've told him, that he has to ask Jorge aswell for permission. I don't have a problem that he use the pitcrews in the mod, but it looks like that Jorge don't agree

Ah, OK. Were there some pitcrews that just you worked on Jurgen?
Example: If you did Ferrari, Mercedes and Williams and Jorge did the others, then Mschumi could remove/replace the ones that Jorge did by himself?
