is there a GP4 editor for total carsets etc?...

Hi Folks, finally got GP4 working!
Next question, in GP2 there was GPEdit, in GP3 there was another editor (can't remember the name) but in both these I could edit all kinds of things, race lengths, team/driver names, helmets, etc etc...
Is there an editor like this for GP4?
Also, I cannot seem to see a list of the 'bare essential patches/utilities' needed for editing GP4. Is there such a list?

guys this is all vERY confusing!
I downloaded the Team Editor but that doesnt import anything fropm the GP4.exe.
Is this the right utility for me to edit teams?...

because you need a decrypted exe. (I'm surprised I didn't mention it neither in the gp4form nor the user guide)
